Resetting Your Network Password

Ensure you are enrolled in Password Manager. If you are not, you will need to come to the IT Support Center with your OneCard in order to have your password reset. Otherwise, please follow these instructions for resetting your network password through Password Manager.

  1. Go to Password Manager.
  2. Click Reset Password
  3. Enter your username, and type in the letters and numbers you see in the image above to show us that you aren't a robot. 
  4. Answer your security questions, and click Continue.
  5. Enter a new password, and then type it out again on the line below to confirm it.  Ensure that it conforms to the minimum password requirements.
  6. Click Reset Password.
  7. You should see a message saying that your password has been successfully updated.
