Unlocking Your Network Account

Ensure that you are enrolled in Password Manager.  If you are enrolled, please follow the instructions below on how to unlock your account.  If you are not, please look at the instructions on Enrolling in Password Manager.

  1. Go to Password Manager
  2. Click Unlock Account.
  3. Enter your username, type in the letters and numbers you see in the image to show us that you aren't a robot, and click Continue.
  4. Answer your security questions, and click Continue.
  5. Click Unlock Account.
  6. You should receive a message saying that you have been successfully unlocked.
