Resetting Your Security Questions

In order to reset your questions, you will need to have enrolled already, and have a valid password. If your password does not work, and you need to reset your security questions because you have forgotten them, please come by the IT Support Center with your OneCard.  If you are enrolled and have a valid password, please view the instructions below on how to reset your security questions.

  1. Go to Password Manager
  2. Sign in with your username and password.
  3. Type the letters and numbers you see in the image to show us that you aren't a robot. 
  4. Click the Enrollment tab.
  5. You should see an alert saying that you've already enrolled in the system.
  6. Change the answers to your security questions, and click Continue.
  7. Click Update.
  8. You will receive a message confirming that your security questions have been successfully updated.
