Removing Saved Passwords From Your Browser

Removing old passwords can prevent situations in which you may be locked out of your network account, or unable to receive updates via  mobile device. This is especially useful if you change your password and access your network account from multiple resources. Below you will find instructions on how to remove saved passwords from your browser.

  1. Click on the three horizontal bars at the top right. A drop down menu will appear, click on History.
  2. Click on Clear Browsing Data
  3. Make sure the dropdown box says "The beginning of time" if not click the bar and choose that option. Next make sure to click on Passwords so that it has a check mark. Finally, you will be able to click on clear browsing data and remove old passwords.
  1. Click on the three horizontal bars ( to the right of the browser). Then you will click on Options. If you are on a mac, this will say Preferencesinstead of Options.
  2. Make sure to click on the Securitytab, next you will click on Saved Passwords.
  3. Click on Remove All.
  4. Click Yes.
  1. With Safari open, click on Safariin the menu bar, then click on Preferences.
  2. Click on the Passwords tab, then click on Remove All.
  3. Click on Remove All.
  1. Click on Tools.
  2. Click on Internet Options.
  3. Make sure to click on Content.
  4. Click on Settings under AutoComplete.
  5. Click on Delete AutoComplete history.
