Lifecycle Replacement

Congratulations on your upcoming Lifecycle Replacement! The information below will explain what you are responsible for doing prior to your replacement.  Failure to follow these instructions will result in information and files on your current computer being lost.  The IT Support Center is available to you and will be happy to walk you through this process if you have any difficulty.

  1. Submit a Ticket to schedule your replacement.
  2. Export your browser's bookmarks/favorites to your G: Drive.
  3. Move all of your documents from your computer to your G: Drive.
